These terms cover the Go Mow Flow website, the quote pages lawn care companies share with their customers, and the text messages sent through the platform. Go Mow Flow is the trade name of Murrox LLC ("we", "us").
1. Who you are dealing with
We make the software. The lawn care company that sent you a quote, or that you asked for one, is a separate business. It sets its prices, does the work, and is the one you agree service with. We are not a party to that agreement.
2. Quotes
A quote is priced from the lawn care company's own price sheet and from public property records for the address. Some quotes are reviewed by the company before you see them. A quote the company has sent can be booked for 30 days; after that, ask for a new one. If the property turns out to be different from the records, the company may adjust the price before starting work.
3. Text messages
What they are. Messages about your quote and your service from the lawn care company you asked for a quote or service: visit reminders, on-the-way and job-done notices, and schedule changes.
- Joining is optional. You join by ticking the box on the quote form. It is not required to get a quote or to book service.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming it, and no more. Reply START to resume.
- For help: reply HELP, or email hello@gomowflow.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How your number and consent are handled is in the Privacy Policy. Your mobile number is never shared or sold for marketing.
4. Using the site
Please give accurate information on quote forms, and don't use the site to send someone else's details without their permission, to overload or probe it, or to copy it by automated means.
5. Accounts
Staff of lawn care companies who sign in are responsible for keeping their sign-in details private and for what is done with their account.
6. Limits
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
