Privacy Policy

Go Mow Flow is the trade name of Murrox LLC ("we", "us"). We make software that lawn care companies ("our clients") use to quote, schedule and keep in touch with their customers. This policy explains what the Go Mow Flow platform collects, including through quote forms and text messages our clients send through it, and how that information is used.

Who is responsible for your information

If you asked a lawn care company for a quote or service, that company decides how your information is used for its business, and we handle it on the company's behalf. Questions about your service are best sent to that company. Questions about this policy or the platform can be sent to hello@gomowflow.com.

What we collect

• What you enter on a quote form: your name, service address, mobile number, email address if you give one, the services you choose, and whether you agree to receive text messages.
• Property information: the lot size and location of the service address, from public property records and from property-data and mapping services.
• Service records: scheduled and completed visits, notes the crew makes about a visit, and how a visit was paid.
• Messages: the texts and emails sent through the platform, and replies such as STOP or HELP.
• Client staff accounts: name, email address, role and sign-in activity.
• Technical information: IP address and basic request logs, used to keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To price your quote and show it to you.
• To schedule, route and record service visits.
• To send the messages you agreed to receive, and to stop when you ask.
• To keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out.
• To secure, maintain and improve the platform, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messages

You receive text messages only if you tick the box on the quote form. It is not required to get a quote or to book service. Messages are about your quote and your service: visit reminders, on-the-way and job-done notices, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. How we share it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:

• with the lawn care company you are dealing with;
• with service providers that run the platform for us, such as hosting and database services, text message and email delivery, address mapping and property data, and error monitoring, who may use it only to provide their service to us;
• when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people or of the platform.

Each lawn care company's information is kept separate from every other company's. One client cannot see another client's customers.

How long we keep it

We keep information while the lawn care company uses the platform. A company can export its records at any time and ask us to delete them. Records of consent and opt-outs are kept longer, because they are the proof that a message was, or was not, allowed.

Security

Connections to the platform are encrypted. Access is limited by role, so a crew member sees the day's route and not the customer list. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected clients promptly if we learn of a breach.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that company.
• Ask the lawn care company, or us at hello@gomowflow.com, to see, correct or delete your information. We will work with the company to do it.

Children

The platform is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
